You are not bound by my rules if you don't want to.
So if you do not agree with an informed point, you can always look for another artist with who you feel more comfortable.

GENERAL INFORMATION
✦ The final product is for personal use ONLY (upload it to your personal websites, decoration, pfp, etc.).
✦ ✦ ✦ COMMERCIAL USE IS 2 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE, MERCHANDISING IS x3✦ ✦ ✦
(Commercial use applies if the drawing will be used for Twitch, Youtube, or whatever public page for promotional or advertising purposes)
✦ I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints) unless you would like your commission to not be public in the Order form
✦ Depending on the complexity of the character, the original price can increase up to 25%
✦You are only buying the digital file (.png or .jpeg), not the printed work.
✦ I’ll send you sketches to confirm if you are satisfied with the pose/expressions/etc
✦ Minor tweaks will be completely free.
✦ I have the right to refuse the commission if I can't fulfill the standards✦

PERMISSIONS
✦ As the artist, I have all rights reserved on the illustration made✦
As a client you are authorized to:
✦ Raise the commission to your networks by providing me with the corresponding credits.
✦ Use the commission for personal purposes (print it for yourself, give it as a gift to a friend, etc.)
✦Use it as an avatar or decoration in any of your networks as long as it is for personal and non-profit use.
As a customer you are NOT authorized to:
✦ Modify the work for any reason.
✦Trace or take the illustration as the base of the line.
✦ Use it for commercial purposes (unless you pay for the right for commercial use).
✦ Delete my signature.
✦ Claim the drawing as yours.

PAYMENT PROCESS
✦ Payment ONLY via PayPal
✦Said payment will be made only in dollars (USD)
✦ I will only start working on your order once I have received full payment.
✦ I myself will request the payment to avoid any type of erroneous transaction.
♡Do not send any advance payment until you have accepted your order♡

TIME
✦ I have the commitment to finish your commission as quickly as I can, but be patient, please.
✦ The approximate waiting time is about 5 to 7 business days per illustration, however the time can be extended.
✦ In the worst case, the maximum term that the order can finish will be around 2 weeks or a month.
✦ I will inform you if something happens that could delay the order.
✦ If you need the commission for a certain date, let me know in the form.

CHANGES
✦I will send you a watermarked digital sketch before the final illustration, in case you want me to make some modifications. There will be a limit on modifications (2), so please think carefully about what modifications you want me to make.
✦Excessive changes from the sketch will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.
✦ If you are a very detailed person, please make sure to provide me with the information and detailed references to have everything satisfied.

REPAYMENT
✦ If you want to cancel your commission it has to be BEFORE you have paid and your commission is in process.
✦I DON’T make refunds. I would only do them in the event that something happened to me during the process of your commission and I could not continue, in this case your money will be returned to you.
✦ The client can NOT request a refund and even less when the commission has been finished and delivered.
